Beth A. Klein was licensed by the State of Texas to practice law in 2004 and began practicing several areas of law. It became evident as time passed, that her passion was handling family law matters. In 2007, she opened her own practice and has dedicated almost the entirety of her practice to handling complex family law matters. Beth became board certified in Family Law in 2012 by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Beth has a blended family. She is a mother of three children and a caretaker and legal guardian for her adult mentally disabled brother. She understands the complexities and the emotional aspects of family law matters as she herself has been divorced and remarried. She strives to provide not only the legal aspect of family law but also guidance for the emotional aspect that comes with it.
Beth is from Ohio. She graduated in 2000 from Capital University, a small Lutheran College in Columbus, Ohio with bachelor’s degrees in the three majors, Criminology, Sociology, and Psychology. With her passion for the law, Beth decided to pursue law school and graduated from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2004 with a Juris Doctorate.
Beth was also licensed by the United States District Court Southern District of Texas in 2005. She is a member of the Texas Academy of Family Law Specialists and the State Bar of Texas Family Law Section. She has been a guest speaker for seminars on family matters on numerous aspects of Family Law.
Beth is known as an attorney that tries complex custody and property cases and has tried numerous cases before both a judge and jury. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, boating, and playing and watching sports.
